Leading engineering through organizational integration. Revised engineering policies and procedures for ISO 27001, changed product and delivery processes to improve predictability across Product, Engineering, Sales and Finance, consolidated third-party providers, and protected an engineering function supporting €11m yearly profit.

DevOps & Engineering Manager · London
Led delivery across 4 teams and managed CTO stakeholder relationships across 30+ consultants. Built a greenfield PCI DSS AWS environment supporting $1bn+ in payment transactions, then coordinated upgrades to 150+ production servers without downtime.

Before these roles, I led engineering and technology teams at IntentHQ, Lithient / SOMO, Williams Lea, Serena and Epson — covering machine learning, Big Data, eCommerce, Agile transformation, product development and digital delivery.
THE FOUNDATION
And before management, I built software.
I spent roughly a decade in hands-on software engineering across Java, backend and full-stack development, websites, release automation and engineering tooling.
